HOLY 1960's EYES

The BEAUTIFUL Sharon Tate!
I absolutely love the strong feminine look from the 60's!  I feel like there was such a beautiful focus on the eyes that today's makeup has forgotten about.  The looks were very strong (aka TWIGGY!). I kept getting the itch to create a more wearable version of the iconic 60's look. One you could wear to the grocery store, shopping, work, or just doing dishes! I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial! I used colors only from my Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette.

Products Used:

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette: Foxy, Booty Call, Pistol, Blackout
Urban Decay: Primer Potion in Eden
NARS: Larger Than Life Eyeliner in Rue Bonapart
MAC : Coygirl Blush
MAC: Marilyn Monroe Collection Dazzleglass in Little Rock (dupe: Sugarrimmed)
Maybelline: Dream Lumi Concealer in Radiant
Clinique: Lash Power Mascara in Onyx
Dior: Dior Show Mascara in Azure Blue

What is your favorite makeup era? Please leave me comment:)

  1. I love the look from the 60s, too. I like the neutral colors and the dolled up eyes. My other favorite era would be the 40s. It's the demure contrast to the 60s. Red lip, simple eyes. I love this photos of Grace Kelly.
